A great way to buy a suit online.
The website has all areas covered, and it walks you through step by step.
I requested my second order to be completed in half the standard time and it arrived as requested.
I ordered my first suit slightly incorrectly, the communication from Ning was first class and a replacement jacket dispatched.
For those who moan about sizing, ask them for their detailed measuring guide, it works.

Conversation and service are great.
I asked to receive my suit a little bit earlier for a Wedding and it arrived im time 😊

This is my second time dealing with Itailor.com, first was ok but second time, this time, I ordered 5 shirts and 7 suits. They are 3 sizes too big for me. I've contacted them and they requested photos, I sent them photos, they said they would work out the issue. Its been almost 7 month, I have oversize clothes I cannot wear and no sign of anyone in this company that seems to care. Almost $2300.00 later, im stuck. Don't make the same mistakes i made. Buy local where you can return the items if the fit is not correct.
NEVER AGAIN!

I wanted a suit for my son's graduation and was outside of the suggested delivery times. I asked if they thought the suit would arrive in time for the event and they quickly replied saying to give them the order number and they would put a rush on it. I ordered Apr 15 and today May 02 my son has 2 out of the 3 pieces with the 3rd arriving any day now. They also fit perfectly and look amazing on him. I can't thank iTailor enough for making this happen!

I was impressed by the level of craftsmanship. In these terms, the value seems to be very good. The fabric was nice, the website works good and there were no additional charges upon delivery to EU.

However, I (pretty much expectedly) made mistakes in my measurements so the garment does not really fit well. :) Upon this, nothing could be done and I am on my own. The famed 24/7 support did not even answer my email.

The website (the “garment designer” UI) is pretty nice. I had no problems while using it.

However there seems to be no concept of “user profiles” and there’s seemingly no way to retrieve my measurements. Even if I would like to make corrections, I can’t. I can only re-measure from scratch which in my case means that I’ll likely make mistakes again. :)

This is rather a contrast with some other similar companies that even while having noticeably higher prices, provide some sort of “fit guarantee” and a fairly remarkable support for this day and age (plus, faster execution times).

Thank you Bob for your understanding and for taking ownership of the situation, with the incorrect collar type. Due to this we look forward to receiving a replacement shirt with modern collar. The fit is good and as requested. Hoping it will arrive before the wedding next Wednesday. With thanks Mrs K Sprung

Beautiful product, fits like a glove.

I have received my order, the measurements are not correct, the fitting is extremely baggy and certainly not tailor made. I have been in touch to give ITailor the opportunity to put this situation right, nobody can be bothered to contact me to resolve this issue. If I don't hear back shortly, I will requesting a full refund with the company, failing that, with my bank. I am not happy and as the days go on, I am getting more upset and frustrated, extremely poor customer service.

This is a fantastic service supplied by a family business that will do anything to accommodate your needs. I’ve just had my forth suit delivered and it’s fantastic. Thanks itailor

I went to I tailor because I gained a lot of weight and I have a 19 inch neck which meant I could not fit in anything in the stores.
I found the measuring very difficult to get right. The first shirt the arms were to short and the second had a weird puff on the sides by the waist.
This is just to expensive and takes to much time not to get it right.
